Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Auticloth is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Auticloth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Auticloth is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available for customers who select Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be picked up during store hours. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
Orders not picked up within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded as store credit.
